Swissen Trading & Transport Sdn Bhd was first established on 29 September 1997. In 1994, we set up a company, SS Transport. All the business operations started from my house whereby it had become my working place.

In 1997, SS Transport was turned into Swissen Trading & Transport Sdn Bhd. It makes us decide to purchase a factory in order to develop new projects and boost up the sales performance. Over 27 years, we have been building up a good reputation and quality service to our existing customers. Swissen this name has been a trademark for our company. It represents a deep meaning which shows Swissen’s core values and vision. From there, we have our mission “We carry your trust”. Their trust is the source of power for us to improve service constantly. Besides, we also treat our employees the same way, it shapes up a good relationship and working environment allows them to work effectively.

Our services are mainly focusing on trucking at South Malaysia District and Singapore with 23 years of experience. Most of our services are usually transport food, daily necessities and electrical products etc. In 2018, we have developed a haulage project, our second service lines. The service focuses on collection and delivery of cargo in containers from shipper’s premises to ports for exports and imports. Customers are confident with our services due to the responsibility that we constantly practise.

Customers are always at the top of our priority list. They are the ‘backbone’ of our business. Their feedback is highly appreciated because it allows us to work on our shortcomings. Excellent service and competitive costing are the key policies that we hold on to. We ensure that our transportation is always on time and punctual. We will keep our customers updated with the status of the transportation as we are able to track the exact location of our lorry from time to time.

In terms of our company’s future prospects, we are planning to further expand and diversify our business as well as looking for more sources of customers. We are likely to put more effort in advertising the concept of our services on social media to engage with the waves of modernization. We believe, continuing committed to provide excellent services to our customers, our footprints will remain imprinted in the industry.

Over 27 years, We have been focused on research in the internal management of logistics. It helps us to improve our ability and struggled with our company's unyielding spirit to adapt to the needs of modern logistics development and continuously create value for the company.
